Cancellation/No Show Policy
If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will allow another patient access to timely veterinary care. Failure to give us advanced notice will result in a $25 records processing fee.
If you do not show up for an appointment without contacting us, you will be subject to a $25 records processing fee.
If you are 15 minutes late it is at our discretion to proceed with your scheduled appointment or reschedule.
