Policies and Procedures

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment for check-in.

Please complete your cat’s pre-examination form and any other necessary forms at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Food and Medication Reorder: Please call ahead for food requests. As medications are subject to expiration, we ask that you prepay for your cat’s medication reorder, when possible.

**Please give 48 hour notice for medication reorder requests.

**We cannot guarantee same day reorder requests, as they require doctor approval and time for assembly.
